We only offer seasonal packages. This ensures our clients are always covered for the entire winter season without worrying about per-service charges.
What happens if my car is in the driveway?
We ask that driveways be cleared of vehicles before service. If that’s not possible, we’ll plow as much as we safely can around them. If it's too difficult, we will not plow, nor come back to plow.
How will I know when you’re coming?
We send SMS updates with start times, projected service days, and completion notices so you always know what to expect.
What is the staking fee for?
Staking is a one-time seasonal service where we place markers along your driveway, walkways, and key areas before the snow season. This helps our team plow safely and prevents damage to lawns, curbs, and landscaping. The staking fee covers the cost of materials, installation, and removal at the end of the season.
Can I customize my service?
Absolutely. We can tailor packages to include specific areas (like patios or walkways) and adjust for your property’s unique needs.
